Qualification:

* Basic English communication is preferred.

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

* Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude.

* Record call details accurately in the system.

* Follow company policies and quality standards.

* Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.

* Good communication skills in any one language.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).

* Good listening and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a team.
