- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and optimization of migration strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with overall project goals.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Strong understanding of data validation techniques to ensure data integrity during migration.
- Ability to develop and troubleshoot complex migration scripts and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and scalable data processing frameworks.
- Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize migration outcomes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
