About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Site Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, site expense tracking, and tally operations at our construction project in Hardoi. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally and MS Excel, possess solid numerical skills, and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Site Expense Management: Record day-to-day site expenses, petty cash transactions, vendor payments, and worker wages.

Tally & Data Entry: Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and ledger postings in Tally on a daily basis.

Excel Reporting: Create and maintain daily/weekly site cash-flow statements, material purchase reports, and expense trackers in MS Excel.

Invoice & Bill Verification: Verify subcontractor bills, material supplier invoices,



and local site purchases against purchase orders and receipts.

Audit Support: Coordinate with the head office accounts team for periodic audits, bill submission, and ledger reconciliation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent accounting qualification.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of accounting experience (construction or project site experience is a plus).

Technical Proficiency: Strong command over MS Excel (formatting, basic formulas, tables) and Tally (ERP 9 / Prime).

Key Attribute: High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage site cash flows independently.
