Position Title- Operations and Logistic Executive- Ahmedabad Based

Reporting To- Operations and Logistic Manager

Job Summary

To support daily logistics and supply chain operations including order processing, transportation coordination, documentation, and inventory tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of chemical products..

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Support

· Assist in order processing and execution (domestic & international)

· Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams

· Ensure timely dispatch of materials

· Track order status and resolve basic operational issues

2. Domestic Logistics Coordination

· Coordinate with transporters for dispatch planning

· Track deliveries and ensure timely movement of goods

· Support route planning and shipment scheduling

· Monitor freight costs and report deviation

3. International Logistics Support

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines

· Assist in shipment booking and execution (air/sea)

· Track international shipments and update stakeholders

· Follow up for timely delivery

4. Documentation & Compliance

· Prepare and verify logistics documents:

Ø Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, LR

Ø BL, COO, MSDS, shipping documents

· Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance

· Maintain records for audits

5. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

· Track stock levels and report shortages/excess

· Coordinate inward and outward material movement

· Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials

· Support stock audits

6. Vendor Coordination

· Coordinate with transporters, CHA,



and service providers

· Follow up for timely services and documentation

· Maintain vendor records and performance data

7. Cost & Efficiency Monitoring

· Track logistics costs and highlight variances

· Support cost-saving initiatives

· Minimize delays and operational inefficiencies

8. MIS & Reporting

· Maintain daily dispatch and shipment reports

· Update MIS/ERP systems

· Provide status reports to management

Qualification

· Graduate / MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)

· 2-5 years’ experience in logistics / supply chain / export operations

· Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools
