About the Role

We are looking for a Market Research Analyst with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our growing Australian KPO team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in market research, data analysis, industry research, competitor analysis, and report preparation.

Experience working with Australian clients, companies, or the Australian market will be an added advantage and is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather relevant business and industry information.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, industries, customers, and business opportunities.
- Collect, validate, and interpret data from reliable sources.
- Prepare market research reports, presentations, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Perform competitor benchmarking and industry analysis.
- Identify relevant market developments and trends that may impact business decisions.
- Analyse and present data using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other research/analytical tools.
- Maintain accurate research databases and ensure data quality.
- Translate research findings into clear, concise, and business-focused insights.
- Work closely with internal teams and understand client-specific research requirements.
- Handle multiple research assignments while meeting quality and turnaround-time expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of proven experience in Market Research, Business Research, Research Analysis, or a similar role.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of market research methodologies and data interpretation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent research, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and identify meaningful insights.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work within deadlines.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Experience working with Australian clients or the Australian market.
- Exposure to Australian industries, businesses, market trends, or commercial research.
- Experience in an Australian KPO/BPO, research, consulting, financial services, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data visualization, or research databases/tools.
