The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with potential applicants online.

Key Responsibilities

- Post and promote general work from home and administrative job openings across relevant Facebook groups, social media platforms, local job boards, and community pages.
- Monitor incoming responses and inquiries from interested candidates.
- Filter and identify potential candidates based on basic job requirements.
- Capture and organize candidate information accurately.
- Guide qualified applicants to our designated messaging channels for further screening and follow-up.




- Maintain a professional and compliant social media profile and posting presence.
- Follow platform guidelines and recruitment procedures to support long-term account stability.
- Track posting activity, candidate responses, and recruitment progress.
- Perform other recruitment and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Experience in social media posting, recruitment, virtual assistance, or administrative work is an advantage.
- Familiar with Facebook groups, social media platforms, and online job boards.
- Good written communication and attention to detail
