Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain features and arrange online product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and support deal closure.
- Assist with invoicing and payment/collection follow-ups.
- Maintain customer details and activities in CRM.
- Build good customer relationships and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements
- Any Graduate with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and MS Word.
- Candidates from Customer Service, Customer Support, BPO, Telecalling, Inside Sales .
- Good convincing, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
