Job Description:
The Senior Officer - CAT Axis will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategies to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency within the company's insurance services. This role involves analyzing customer feedback, overseeing process improvements, and collaborating with various departments to implement changes that align with organizational goals. The Senior Officer will also be tasked with monitoring performance metrics, conducting market research, and providing insights to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
