Role Overview

Spearhead our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across Delhi NCR by identifying optimal micro-market locations, designing physical warehouse infrastructure, driving end-to-end warehouse operations, and managing critical stakeholders.

Core Principle: Own the location, layout, and operational execution from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Development & GTM: Conduct on-field research across Delhi NCR to evaluate logistics hubs and determine the right micro-market location for our spare parts warehouse based on workshop density and transit efficiency.
- Warehouse Layout & Infrastructure: Build and operationalize a high-efficiency warehouse from 0-to-1, ensuring optimal space utilization, efficient SKU flow, and scalable infrastructure capable of supporting business growth.
- Operations Management: Deliver productive and reliable warehouse operations by ensuring smooth inventory movement, accurate and timely dispatches, high material-handling efficiency,



and consistent daily performance.
- Administration & Facility Setup: Establish a safe, compliant, and fully functional warehouse facility by managing facility administration, uninterrupted utilities, safety standards, and asset management.
- Vendor & Landlord Negotiations: Secure the right warehouse location and commercial partnerships by negotiating favorable terms with landlords, real estate providers, local authorities, and logistics partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong collaboration across internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, and Leadership.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 1+ years of prior experience in field operations, supply chain setup, warehousing, or micro-market expansion.
- Mindset: Strong first-principles problem-solving capability with a hands-on execution mindset.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Culture Fit: Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Travel Requirement

- On-ground travel is mandatory for this role.
- Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel across Delhi NCR for site scouting, warehouse setup, and operational oversight.
