Tele Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.

- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and follow-up goals.

- Maintain customer details, call records, and daily sales reports.

- Coordinate with the sales and other departments when required.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, telesales, or a similar role preferred.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to handle customer calls confidently.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Candidates with hotel/travel/tourism sales experience will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Coimbatore

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
