Qualification:

Key Skills:
Cost estimation, BOQ preparation, technical specifications, vendor evaluation, budget analysis, reporting, risk mitigation.
Experience: 3–5 years in estimation and cost management.
Description:
Prepare accurate estimates, BOQs, and technical specifications aligned with design intent. Maintain vendor and product databases and support informed recommendations. Analyze deviations between estimated and actual costs and apply learnings to improve accuracy. Deliver estimates within timelines and proactively flag cost risks.
