- Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 years of experience in steel trading or metal industry sales
- knowledge of steel products and market pricing
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team-handling abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements

- Achievement of monthly and annual sales
- New customer acquisition and market expansion
- Payment collection efficiency and credit control
- Customer retention and satisfaction

Remote

- Analyze market trends, steel , competitors, and demand–supply conditions
- Set sales targets and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
- Handle price negotiations, order finalization, and contract management
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, OEM clients, and project customers
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, and billing teams for smooth order execution
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management
- Resolve customer complaints and manage after-sales service issues
