What You’ll Do

- Data Integration: Ensure timely and accurate data uploads into CRM systems and Excel MIS from multiple centres
- Data Quality: Monitor, clean, and maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability
- Data Analysis: Analyze program data, identify gaps, and suggest actionable improvements
- Reporting: Create weekly/monthly dashboards and track trends (enrollments, gender insights, etc.)
- Team Support: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the manager or organization

Who You Are

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (strong Excel skills are a must!)
- 1+ year of experience in Data Analysis / MIS (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Comfortable with Excel formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables




- Understand the importance of clean, structured data for analysis and reporting
- Skilled in creating engaging reports using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) or tools like Canva
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willing to travel across our centres in Pune

Bonus Points If You Have

- Knowledge of data tools, analytics concepts, or CRM platforms
- Curiosity to explore data and turn insights into action
