Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day site execution, structural markings, deployment, and quality management. The ideal candidate will handle site preparation, stagewise Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), M-Book entries, subcontractor billings, and material tracking while ensuring zero rework, minimal wastage, and strict site safety.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Technical Operations: Set up temporary site infrastructure (stockyard, sheds, site office); study drawings and mark structural layouts; prepare stagewise BBS; execute specialized activities (pressure grouting, re-barring, waterproofing); and enforce exact site instructions to eliminate rework.
- Subcontractor Supervision: Allocate daily manpower based on work priorities; report subcontractor attendance via manual logs and CMS; raise pre-approvals for machinery/NMR (breakers, JCBs); and maintain smooth workflow on-site.
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Post Material Requirement Notes (MRN) via CMS; verify inward/outward stock registers; acknowledge incoming deliveries on invoices, trip sheets, and delivery challans (DC); and ensure safe storage and maintenance of tools and machinery.
- Measurement, Billing & Reporting:



Record daily site measurements directly into the Measurement Book (M-Book); prepare weekly subcontractor bills and vouchers; document additional/variation work details for DGM Projects; and submit monthly work-done reports to the Project Manager.
- Quality, Safety & Site Maintenance: Enforce safety and precautionary protocols; maintain site housekeeping and material stacking; and drive labour and material waste minimization.

Value-Added Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance Checks: Conduct pre-pour checks for shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete placement to ensure strict alignment with structural drawings.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise directly with site storekeepers, safety officers, and quality control engineers to streamline daily site workflows.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Competencies: GFC Drawing Reading, Structural Marking, Stagewise BBS Preparation, M-Book Certification, CMS Software Usage, Quality & Safety Standards.
- Execution & Management: Manpower Allocation, Material & Machinery Handling, Subcontractor Billing, Waste Control, Site Housekeeping.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 8 – 15 years of hands-on site execution experience in residential, commercial, or industrial civil construction projects.
- Candidates with experience in Construction (contractor companies) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
