Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for Healthcare/Hospital Administration.
- Experience in hospital billing or insurance billing preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process emergency patient bills accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, insurance/TPA teams, and patients regarding billing.
- Verify charges, payments, deposits, and insurance details.
- Handle discharge billing and ensure timely bill clearance.
- Maintain accurate billing records and follow hospital billing procedures.
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of hospital/emergency billing and insurance/TPA processes.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
