### Job Summary

We are looking for a **Collection Associate** to support our loan recovery process by following up with customers regarding outstanding loan payments, understanding repayment concerns, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle collection targets professionally.

### Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments and pending EMIs.

- Follow up with customers to understand payment delays and repayment challenges.

- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and available repayment options clearly.





- Negotiate and confirm **Promises to Pay (PTP)** in line with company guidelines.

- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the committed payment is received.

- Update customer interaction details, payment commitments, and collection status in the system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally while maintaining a positive approach.

- Coordinate with the team and escalate unresolved customer issues when required.

- Ensure accurate documentation of collection activities and follow company recovery policies.

- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the recovery process.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** 0.6 to 5 years in collections, loan recovery, tele-calling, or a related finance process.

- **Hindi is mandatory.**

- Experience in **NBFCs, banks, fintech, lending, or collection agencies** will be an advantage.

- Good negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection environment.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or collection systems.

- Freshers with relevant communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
