Nature Tree Paints is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Officers to join our sales team across Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, painters, and other potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Promote and explain company paint products, features, and benefits.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market activities.
- Follow up with customers and dealers for orders and payments.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales / Paint Industry / Building Material / Construction Material / FMCG / related industries.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Should be self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹10,837.20 - ₹31,184.62 per month
