About the Role

We are looking for a Center Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, enhance patient experience, and ensure smooth functioning of our fertility center.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain service standards
- Ensure smooth patient flow, appointments, and counselling coordination
- Handle patient queries, issues, and service recovery
- Manage and support in revenue generation for the center
- Coordinate with doctors, embryology, and clinical teams
- Assist with center hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols
- Support marketing and referral activities when needed

Requirements

- 2–3 years’ experience in healthcare operations (IVF preferred)
- Strong communication,



problem-solving, and team-management skills
- Patient-centric approach and ability to handle sensitive cases
