About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our pharmaceutical distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with pharmacies, medical stores, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare customers across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, medical stores, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

* Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Take regular market visits and identify new customers and business opportunities.

* Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer requirements.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product demand.

* Coordinate with the distribution and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

* Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, sales,



and market feedback.

* Travel to different locations across Kerala as required.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Pharmacy, D.Pharm will be preferred.

* 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or related sales preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.

* Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
