JOB OVERVIEW

The QA cum TA Intern will assist in maintaining tutor quality and supporting tutor-related activities. The role involves tutor selection, training coordination, remuneration tracking, class quality monitoring, feedback collection, and regular performance checks. This internship provides an chance to gain practical experience in quality assurance, tutor management, and academic coordination.

· You help ensure smooth coordination of tutor training and related activities.

· You contribute to maintaining consistent quality in classes and tutor performance.

· You help improve student and parent experience by collecting and monitoring feedback.





· You support accurate tutor remuneration tracking and coordination.

· You help maintain quality standards through regular sales pitch checks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in tutor selection and screening.

· Coordinate tutor training sessions and follow-ups.

· Track tutor remuneration and coordinate with the concerned team.

· Monitor and update tutor tracking sheets.

· Check the quality of classes and identify areas for improvement.

· Collect feedback from students and parents.

· Monitor tutor performance and report quality-related concerns.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
