About the Role

Siebener Automation and Solution is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive business development for our SPM automation solutions in and around Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. This role is ideal for a technically-minded engineer who enjoys client interaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation/SPM sector
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close orders




- Track market trends and competitor activity in the automation industry

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechatronics Engineering (or related field)
- 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation/SPM industry
- Candidates from Tamil Nadu / Sriperumbudur region preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for client visits
