About the Role

AVGC Studios is looking for a Concept Artist Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling, character design, environments, and creating imaginative visuals.

This role is ideal for someone from a creative/art/design background who enjoys experimenting with visual ideas and is interested in exploring AI-assisted creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create concept art, character designs, environments, props, and visual assets.
- Develop mood boards, visual references, and creative explorations.
- Convert creative briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts.
- Work on both image and video-based creative content.
- Explore AI tools to generate and develop creative concepts.
- Experiment with different visual styles, compositions, lighting, and aesthetics.
- Use prompt engineering to achieve desired visual outputs.
- Refine AI-generated visuals using creative judgment and design principles.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams on real projects.
- Take feedback and make necessary creative iterations.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of drawing, composition, colour, perspective, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar creative software.
- Interest in AI-based creative tools and generative AI.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and translate ideas into visuals.




- Willingness to learn new tools and creative workflows.
- Strong creative thinking and an experimental mindset.

AI Tools

Knowledge of tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo or similar AI tools will be an advantage.

Freshers with solid creative portfolios are encouraged to apply.

IMPORTANT: This role is strictly for candidates from a creative field.

Candidates with backgrounds in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Animation, Illustration, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Game Art, Concept Art, Film/Media, Design, or other relevant creative disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Candidates from non-creative backgrounds without a strong creative portfolio will not be considered.

Eligibility

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
