We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and decision-making within the hospital. The candidate will analyze financial data, monitor hospital revenue and expenses, and provide meaningful insights to management

Identify opportunities to increase hospital revenue and improve profitability.

Analyze expenses and implement cost-control measures to reduce unnecessary costs.

Monitor revenue and expenditure trends and recommend strategies for financial improvement.

Work with different departments to optimize resource utilization and minimize operational expenses.

Develop data-driven strategies to increase revenue while maintaining cost efficiency.Hospital Preparing Annual Budget and financial plans, financial forecasting, projection for the hospital and centers, marketing projection, actuals with target and analysis. , financial leakages, daily monitoring and reporting of Finance and Operations, identify financial risk, trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and presentation skills. Experience with hospital ERP/HMIS or accounting software will be an advantage. Preferred Skills Healthcare/hospital finance experience. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting. Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle and billing processes. Ability to handle large volumes of financial data. Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
