Job Responsibilities:
- Customers ko phone calls par contact karna.
- Company ki services ke baare mein customers ko information dena.
- Customer queries ko handle karna aur proper guidance dena.
- Interested customers ka follow-up karna.
- Leads ko convert karne ki koshish karna.
- Daily calling aur follow-up records maintain karna.
- Polite aur qualified communication maintain karna.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi/Punjabi/English mein basic communication.
- Confident aur positive attitude.
- Calling/sales experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
