Sales Manager | MVP India

MVP India Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to join our growing team in the ultra-luxury real estate space.

We’re looking for someone who is hungry to perform, confident with HNI clients, and passionate about real estate.

What you’ll do:

- Lead and drive a high-performing sales team.
- Handle HNI/UHNI clients and build strong relationships.
- Drive sales for premium residential & commercial projects.
- Generate business through networking, referrals and strong client relationships.
- Mentor the team and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Represent the MVP India brand with professionalism and integrity.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably luxury/premium real estate.
- Robust communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Leadership mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- A go-getter who wants to build, grow and win.
