Key Responsibilities

- Attend and resolve all plumbing-related complaints across PGs, including taps, showers, toilets, wash basins, pipelines, drains and water connections.
- Handle water leakage, blockage, seepage, low water pressure and drainage issues on priority.
- Conduct regular inspection of plumbing systems to identify and prevent major breakdowns.
- Check and maintain water tanks, pipelines, valves, pumps and related fittings.
- Attend emergency plumbing issues promptly to minimise inconvenience to residents.
- Carry out repair, replacement and installation of plumbing fittings as required.
- Maintain proper coordination with the Warden and Maintenance In-Charge for complaints and work completion.
- Inform the Maintenance In-Charge about major repairs,



material requirements and recurring issues before proceeding with major work.
- Maintain basic records of complaints attended, repairs completed, materials used and pending issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping after completing plumbing work and keep the work area clean.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure plumbing systems remain safe, functional and leakage-free.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned complaints and avoid repeat complaints through proper repair.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
