About the Role

Real Forge & Fitting, an EIL and PED approved manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Fabrication Manager to develop and manage our pressure vessel and piping spool fabrication activities. The candidate should be capable of handling technical enquiries, estimation, production planning and execution through inspection and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Review RFQs, fabrication drawings, piping isometrics and customer specifications to assess technical requirements and feasibility.
- Prepare BOM/MTO, material requirements, cost estimates and manufacturing schedules.
- Plan machinery, tooling, manpower and workshop requirements for fabrication activities.
- Supervise cutting, forming, beveling, fit-up, alignment, welding and assembly.
- Coordinate approved welding procedures, procedure qualifications and welder qualifications with welding and quality personnel.
- Maintain material identification, heat-number traceability and production weld records.
- Coordinate NDT, heat treatment, pressure testing and dimensional inspection as required.




- Liaise with customers, consultants and third-party inspection agencies.
- Manage productivity, quality, safety and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate site erection and testing when included in the project scope.
- Ensure completion of inspection reports, test records and final manufacturing documentation.

Required Knowledge & Experience

- Hands-on experience in both pressure vessel and piping spool fabrication.
- Ability to read vessel fabrication drawings, piping isometrics and engineering specifications.
- Working knowledge of applicable ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3 and ASME Section IX requirements.
- Understanding of WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, QAP/ITP, NDT and PWHT.
- Experience handling carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel fabrication.
- Strong skills in estimation, production planning, team supervision and client coordination.

Preferred: Experience establishing or expanding a fabrication facility and executing refinery, petrochemical, power or EPC projects.

Salary: Based on relevant experience and capabilities.
