Position Summary

The Junior Project Coordinator supports the planning, tracking, and execution of customer deployment projects — installation of CountAI's Inspection systems (e.g., Knit-i and related quality-inspection solutions) at customer textile manufacturing sites. The role involves coordinating between engineering, hardware, software/data science, and customer success teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring deployment timelines are tracked and communicated effectively. Suited for an entry- to early-level professional looking to build a career in project coordination within a tech/AI product environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Project Tracking & Scheduling

- Maintain and update project trackers covering key deployment milestones — site survey, hardware dispatch, on-site installation, calibration/model tuning, go-live, and customer handover.
- Track progress of ongoing customer deployments against planned timelines and flag delays to the reporting manager.
- Prepare and circulate daily/weekly project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a master tracker of all active projects, deployment status, and pending deliverables across customer sites.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with hardware/engineering, software/AI, and field installation teams to gather updates on deployment progress.
- Follow up with respective teams on pending action items, approvals, or deliverables affecting project timelines (e.g., camera/edge-device readiness, model accuracy validation, ERP/PLC integration).
- Relay information between internal teams and management to ensure alignment on project priorities.
- Support coordination with customers for basic status updates, scheduling site visits, and documentation (under guidance of senior team members).

3. Documentation & Records Management

- Maintain organized project files — site survey reports,



installation checklists, calibration logs, customer sign-offs, and correspondence.
- Prepare and update project documentation such as deployment plans, meeting minutes, and action-item logs.
- Ensure version control and easy retrieval of project-related documents for internal reviews or customer audits.
- Support preparation of project completion reports and go-live/handover documentation.

4. Meeting Support & Follow-Ups

- Assist in scheduling and organizing internal project review and customer update calls/meetings.
- Take minutes of meetings, document action items, and circulate them to concerned stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely closure.
- Support senior project coordinators/managers in preparing agendas and review materials.

5. Hardware & Logistics Support

- Coordinate with the hardware/procurement team to track availability and dispatch of cameras, edge devices, and related equipment for each deployment.
- Follow up on shipment and delivery status of hardware components required for in office installation.
- Support logistics coordination for site visits, installation schedules, and field engineer travel.

6. Reporting & Data Management

- Compile project data (timelines, delays, issues, customer feedback) into reports/dashboards for management review.
- Support senior team members in analyzing deployment risks, recurring issues, and improvement areas.
- Maintain accuracy of project and customer data in internal tools/CRM/project management systems.

7. General Support





- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager/senior coordinators as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new customer projects — setting up trackers, files, and communication channels.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and special assignments related to project execution and customer success.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple project trackers simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-team and customer coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of AI/tech product deployment or manufacturing processes is an advantage, not mandatory.
- Comfort working with a tech-driven, fast-paced startup environment.
- Attention to detail, especially in documentation and data tracking.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work under supervision while gradually taking on more independent responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any stream), Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory): Any basic project management certification (e.g., CAPM) is an added advantage.

- Turnaround time on follow-ups with internal teams
- Documentation completeness and organization
- Number of action items closed on time
- On-time completion rate of customer deployments
- Feedback from senior project coordinator/manager on support quality

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
