Position: Junior BDM / SDR – ServiceNow & Salesforce

Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: MBA – Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Identify and research B2B prospects and target accounts.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calling and online research.
- Support ServiceNow & Salesforce business development activities.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Senior BDM.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM.
- Research CIO, CTO, IT Head and other decision-makers.
- Support ABM and industry-focused campaigns.
- Assist with proposals, presentations and sales collateral.

Skills:

- Positive communication and English.
- B2B sales and lead-generation mindset.
- LinkedIn & email outreach.
- Basic understanding of IT/technology services.
- ServiceNow/Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

KPIs: Leads generated, qualified meetings, opportunities and pipeline contribution.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
