Role Overview

- We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead (Java) with 10+ years of experience to drive core backend development and lead an engineering team. The ideal candidate combines deep, end-to-end coding ownership with proven mentorship and team-leading capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and deliver mission-critical backend components using modern Java and distributed systems.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level engineers through technical challenges, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, debug performance bottlenecks, and maintain robust coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
