Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and nurturing Prep Teacher to join our team at Mother’s Pride, Ashok Vihar. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and the ability to create an engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning experiences for Prep students.
- Develop children's foundational skills in language, numeracy, general awareness, and cognitive development.
- Conduct engaging activities including storytelling, rhymes, music, art & craft, games, and experiential learning.
- Foster children's social, emotional, and communication skills.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a positive learning setting.




- Provide individual attention and support based on each child's learning needs.
- Observe and assess children's progress and maintain appropriate records.
- Prepare worksheets, teaching aids, classroom activities, and displays.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, confidence, and independent thinking among students.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Participate actively in school events, celebrations, workshops, and other co-curricular activities.
- Ensure the classroom environment is clean, safe, organised, and child-friendly.
- Collaborate with the academic team and other teachers to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
