We are looking for dedicated and creative candidates for two separate positions — Creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our IT & Media Team.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person – Mohali, Punjab

Important Requirements

- Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak Punjabi (Gurmukhi) fluently
- 1–3 years of relevant experience required
- Only candidates currently living in Mohali or nearby areas should apply

Graphic Design Responsibilities

- Create Instagram posts, Stories, and social media creatives
- Design posters, banners, stickers, flyers, and promotional materials
- Create graphics for campaigns, events, and public awareness initiatives
- Develop fresh and creative design concepts
- Maintain consistency in branding, colours, fonts, typography, and overall visual identity

Video Editing Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Stories, and campaign videos
- Edit interviews, speeches, promotional, and informational videos
- Add transitions, text, Punjabi subtitles, graphics, music, and sound effects
- Create engaging short-form videos for social media
- Edit videos in 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1 formats
- Develop creative video concepts according to project requirements
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all videos

Skills & Requirements





- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and/or Video Editing
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of graphic design and video editing principles
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition, and visual storytelling
- Fluent Punjabi (Gurmukhi) — reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory
- Ability to create and properly handle Punjabi-language content and subtitles
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social media formats
- Basic understanding of music selection, sound design, and audio editing
- Ability to adapt content for different platforms and formats
- Previous experience working with social media pages, campaigns, organisations, or public awareness content will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently, take feedback, and collaborate effectively with the IT & Media Team

Location & Eligibility

Work Location: Mohali, Punjab – In Person
