Naturewings Holidays Limited, a BSE-listed, IATA-registered travel company specialising in Himalayan and Bhutan destinations, is hiring a Sr. Travel Package Sales Consultant for our Mumbai office.

About the Role
We're looking for a sales professional with strong, demonstrable expertise in Himalayan sector holiday packages, who can also cross-sell key secondary leisure destinations. You'll drive package sales, manage client relationships, and consult on itineraries for a premium, niche portfolio.

Primary Sector Expertise (Required Anyone): Bhutan, Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, North East India (Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Assam, Tripura)

Secondary Sectors (Preferred): Kerala, Rajasthan, Lakshadweep

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end sales for domestic holiday packages, with primary focus on Himalayan and North East sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2C and/or B2B (agent/corporate) clients
- Design and customise itineraries with the operations team based on client requirements and budget
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain destination knowledge — seasonality, permits (Bhutan visa/permits, Inner Line Permits for NE states), on-ground logistics
- Convert leads from digital marketing,



referrals, and walk-ins into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with vendors, hoteliers, and local DMCs for pricing and service quality
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales and follow-ups

Requirements

- 5–8 years in travel/tour package sales, with a proven track record in Himalayan sector destinations
- Working knowledge of Bhutan travel formalities and NE India permit processes preferred
- Robust negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Graduate in any discipline; travel & tourism certification a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/travel booking tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, fam trips, and trade events
