Team Leadership: Direct management of 5 Visualisation Team Members

​We are seeking an experienced, process-driven Senior Visualisation Architect based in India to lead and scale our studio's visualisation pod. In this pivotal role, you will combine expert-level technical execution in SketchUp and D5 Render with hands-on leadership, managing a pod of 5 visualisation team members while maintaining direct reporting lines with executive leadership. Because project demands fluctuate, you must also be adaptable—balancing team mentorship and quality control with hands-on 3D production and technical CAD support when studio milestones require it.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Team Leadership & Pod Management: Directly manage, mentor, and guide a pod of 5 visualisation team members. Distribute workloads, set internal milestones, review all deliverables, and ensure high standards of quality control before work is submitted for review.
- ​Visualisation & Concept Leadership: Drive the production of high-end 3D models and photorealistic renderings using SketchUp and D5 Render. Ensure all visual assets accurately reflect the design intent and are delivered ahead of schedule.
- ​Technical Oversight & Drafting Support (AutoCAD): Oversee technical coordination across projects. During non-peak visualization periods, actively guide or step into hands-on 2D drafting, executing redline pickups and refining detailed drawing packages in AutoCAD.
- ​Cross-Office Coordination:



Lead internal pod syncs and join daily morning standup meetings with the Dubai operations team to report on progress, review feedback, and align daily production priorities with executive leadership.
- ​Quality Assurance & File Management: Enforce rigorous file organization protocols for 3D models, rendering assets, and CAD packages within SharePoint and the Microsoft workplace. Maintain clear version control and firm design standards across the entire pod.

​Requirements

- ​Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- ​Experience: 5–8+ years of architectural visualization and technical drafting experience in the AEC industry, with a proven track record of leading design pods or managing junior staff.
- ​Software Proficiency: Expert-level, non-negotiable proficiency in D5 Render and SketchUp for advanced 3D modeling and photorealistic visualization. Strong, hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing coordination.
- ​System Familiarity: Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft collaboration environments for cross-office file management and team tracking.
- ​GCC/Dubai Familiarity: Strong familiarity with GCC/Dubai design development workflows, high-end architectural standards, and fast-paced submittal schedules.
- ​Working Style: Decisive, highly organized, and adaptable. You must excel at mentoring a team and managing competing deadlines while seamlessly stepping in to execute complex rendering or drafting tasks when needed.
