- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospects.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking with customers.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling experience is a plus.
