Job Summary
Eduflair Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Visa Application Executive to handle student visa applications across multiple countries. The candidate should have strong knowledge of visa documentation, application procedures, and country-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end student visa processing for all major study-abroad destinations.
- Verify and prepare visa documents according to country and embassy requirements.
- Guide students regarding documentation, visa procedures, interviews, and timelines.
- Track applications and provide timely updates to students.
- Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with students, universities, VFS, embassies, and internal teams.
- Identify documentation issues and ensure applications are complete and accurate.
- Maintain proper records of visa applications and outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in visa processing, preferably in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry.
- Hands-on experience with student visa processing for multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
