About the Role

We are looking for a 3D Exterior Designer who has experience in creating realistic and detailed 3D designs for building exteriors and facades. The candidate should have a good understanding of exterior materials, facade elements, proportions, and architectural detailing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models and realistic renders of building exteriors and facades.
- Develop exterior design concepts based on architectural drawings and client requirements.
- Prepare 3D views, elevations, and presentations for facade projects.
- Work on different facade elements such as metal panels, flutes, louvers, fins, perforated panels, cladding, and other exterior features.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to develop designs as per site requirements.
- Modify and revise 3D designs based on client and architect feedback.
- Ensure proper scale, proportions, materials, textures, and detailing in 3D models.
- Convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D exterior models.
- Coordinate with the Facade Design and Engineering team for design development.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of 3D exterior modelling and rendering.




- Experience in architectural exterior/facade design is preferred.
- Proficiency in software such as:
- 3ds Max / SketchUp
- V-Ray / Corona
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop or similar rendering/presentation software
- Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and exterior visualization.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and dimensions.
- Good design sense and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in Facade Design / Exterior Design / Architectural Visualization will be preferred.
- Candidates from the facade, architectural, construction, or exterior design industry are highly preferred.
- Candidates should be able to show real completed 3D exterior/facade projects in their portfolio.
