Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Solar Project Coordinator to support our renewable energy team. In this role, you will help plan, schedule, and oversee residential and commercial solar installations from permit filing through project completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact between project managers, installation technicians, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resource allocations for solar installations.
- Communicate daily with site engineers, technicians, and customers to provide project status updates.
- Track inventory, order essential equipment, and manage delivery schedules to job sites.




- Maintain project documentation, site inspection reports, and client records.
- Assist in resolving site logistics issues, permit delays, and vendor inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or site administration (solar or renewable energy experience is a plus).
- Robust communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Excel, Word, or project management tools).
- Valid driving licence (preferred for occasional site visits).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
