Real Estate Sales Executive – Chennai

Job Description: We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates to join our Real Estate Sales team in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact clients and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property projects, pricing, and payment plans.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

QUALIFICATION:

Any degree & 12th pass Minimum Qualification.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives (depending on experience)
