Job Summary

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Healthcare with strong experience in software engineering, Agentic AI, solution design, healthcare marketing, and enterprise integrations.

The FDE will work directly with business stakeholders to understand healthcare marketing needs, rapidly prototype solutions, and help transition successful solutions into production.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with healthcare payer, member, and consumer marketing stakeholders to understand business problems and workflows.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into practical product and technical solutions.
- Build and validate rapid prototypes / PoCs with users.
- Develop Agentic AI solutions using LLM APIs/SDKs, RAG, function/tool calling, MCP-style integrations, state, and memory.
- Use ChatGPT/Claude effectively for discovery, coding, debugging, testing, and solution development.
- Implement AI guardrails, evaluation, human approval, monitoring, fallback, and cost controls.
- Develop enterprise solutions using Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- Design APIs, data pipelines, batch/event-driven integrations, authentication, and data-quality controls.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Adobe,



Security, and Delivery teams.
- Support prototype-to-production decisions, DevSecOps, observability, scalability, and operational readiness.
- Mentor engineers and communicate technical trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of software/solution engineering experience.
- Strong healthcare payer/member/consumer marketing domain experience.
- Experience with campaigns, audiences, journeys, communication controls, and measurement.
- Hands-on GenAI / Agentic AI development experience.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, APIs/SDKs, function calling, tools, and MCP-style integrations.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- Experience with REST APIs, data integrations, batch/event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, Human-in-the-Loop, monitoring, and AgentOps.
- Robust stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
