Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users and branches for hardware, software, network, email, and application-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, servers, network devices, CCTV, UPS, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor LAN, WAN, Internet, leased lines, Wi-Fi, and other connectivity services.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, software installations, and access permissions.
- Assist with server, backup, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery activities.
- Maintain IT asset records, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for support, repairs, and maintenance.
- Assist in IT procurement, quotation comparison, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security procedures, and organizational requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
