Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support month-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements (as applicable).
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Monitor petty cash and employee reimbursements.
- Help improve accounting processes and maintain data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP/TallyPrime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
