Light Finance is hiring a Relationship Officer – Business Laon (Unsecured & Micro LAP) to drive field-level loan acquisition and customer service.

- Key Responsibilities

- Source current customers for Business Loans (Unsecured and Micro LAP) through direct outreach and local networks.
- Conduct customer profiling, verify KYC/income documents and assess creditworthiness.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursement and ensure compliance with policies.

- Desired Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate (any stream), with 0.6 to1.5 years’ experience in Business Laon (Unsecured & Micro LAP), documentation & credit checks
- Preference for candidates from NBFCs/SFBs/Banks
- Good communication, customer service and local area knowledge
- Must be open to extensive field travel
