Job Title: Management Trainee

Program Duration: 12 months

Location: Across Manufacturing Plants & Offices of Prakriti Group (spread across TN & KA)

Reports into: Designated Leads within respective business areas

About the Program

We are a diversified business group with operations across Apparel Manufacturing, Textiles, Food Processing, Hospitality, and Healthcare. As part of our growth journey, we are looking for high-potential Management Trainees to join an intensive 12-month rotational program.

This program provides structured exposure to each of our business verticals, hands-on learning opportunities, and direct mentorship from senior leaders. Selected trainees will spend quality time across five core sectors, gaining cross-functional knowledge and building a strong foundation for a long-term career with the Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in structured rotations across business units:
- Apparel Manufacturing (Kelambakkam, Chennai) Production planning, merchandising, quality management, and shopfloor exposure.
- Textiles (Komarapalayam, Namakkal District) Fabric processing, operations, and supply chain learning.
- Food Processing (Ramanagara District, Karnataka) Agro-based processing, quality assurance, and plant operations.
- Hospitality (Chennai) – Hotel operations, customer experience management, and service excellence.
- Healthcare (Chennai) – Hospital administration, patient services, and healthcare operations.




- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to live business projects in each vertical.
- Conduct process improvement studies and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and contribute to problem-solving.
- Participate in training workshops, mentorship sessions, and leadership reviews as part of the program.

Candidate Profile

- Educational Qualification - Master’s Degree (MBA / M.Sc. / M.Tech. or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical skills, adaptability, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and positive communication skills.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling across multiple locations during the 12-month rotation.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
