About the Role

We are looking for a creative Social Media & Graphic Designer who understands current social media trends and can create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating reels, trending videos, graphics, AI-generated content and promotional creatives for both our brands — Coworkio and Flights & Docs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create trending Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
- Design creative posts, carousels, stories, banners and advertisements.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar software.
- Create AI-generated images, videos and creative content using modern AI tools.
- Follow the latest Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Convert ideas and concepts into engaging visual content.
- Shoot basic videos and reels when required.
- Add text animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music and motion graphics.
- Create content for both Coworkio (coworking/workspace) and Flights & Docs (immigration, visa and travel).
- Create promotional creatives for offers, campaigns and special occasions.
- Work closely with the team to plan and execute the monthly social media content.
- Maintain organized files and deliver content within deadlines.
- Bring new creative ideas and suggest trending content formats, hooks and video concepts.

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and Instagram Reels.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools for image and video creation.
- Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create fast-paced, engaging and modern social media content.




- Basic knowledge of shooting videos using a smartphone/camera.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.

Skills & Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or professional camera.
- Plan, shoot and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, office tours, client testimonials and promotional content.
- Strong smartphone photography and videography skills are required.
- Experience with professional cameras, DSLR or mirrorless cameras will be an added advantage.
- Understand basic camera framing, lighting, angles, composition and audio.
- Identify and create trending social media content, Reels and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Edit footage into engaging, qualified and platform-ready videos.
- Create graphics, carousels, stories, promotional creatives and AI-generated content.
- Use modern AI tools for image generation, video creation and creative content.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Ability to independently manage the complete process from concept → shooting → editing → final content.
- Bring fresh creative ideas and experiment with new video formats, trends and AI tools.
- Comfortable appearing behind the camera or assisting in front of the camera when required.
