Responsibilities and Duties

- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets.
- Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
- Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
- Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
- To follow up on the accounts department for payment
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
- Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on a Monthly basis.
- Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.

Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma/Degree Civil Engineer




- knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and other relevant software.
- the ability to think methodically and to manage projects.
- Solid multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
- ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
