Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site surveys and assess existing HVAC systems to recommend repair, upgrade, or replacement solutions.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of new and upgraded HVAC systems.
- Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and recommend inventory requirements.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide technical support.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and site-specific regulations.




- Train and mentor junior service engineers and technicians.
- Support warranty claims and technical investigations.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls whenever required.

- Strong fault-finding and analytical skills.
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems.
- Experience with HVAC automation
- Ability to manage multiple customer sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
