We are looking for a skilled, accurate, and efficient CO₂ Laser Machine Operator with hands-on experience in machine operation, setup, and parameter adjustment.

The candidate must be able to produce precise and consistent components as per engineering drawings and specifications, with strong attention to detail. High accuracy, approximately 0.2 mm where required, is expected as a reference for precision, not as a fixed tolerance for every job.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up CO₂ laser cutting machines efficiently.
- Set and optimize cutting parameters according to material and thickness.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and cutting quality.
- Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges, etc.
- Identify and correct cutting and dimensional defects.
- Minimize material wastage, rejection, and rework.
- Maintain high production efficiency and meet production targets.
- Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with CO₂ laser cutting machines.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings.
- Ability to optimize machine parameters.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain high production efficiency without compromising quality.

Experience

2–5+ years of relevant CO₂ laser machine experience preferred.

उम्मीदवार में उच्च स्तर की सटीकता, ध्यान और गुणवत्ता के प्रति जागरूकता होनी चाहिए तथा वह इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग और दिए गए स्पेसिफिकेशन के अनुसार लगातार सही एवं एक समान पार्ट्स तैयार कर सके।

लगभग 0.2 mm की सटीकता, जहाँ आवश्यक हो, केवल अपेक्षित precision के स्तर का उदाहरण है; यह हर जॉब के लिए निश्चित tolerance नहीं है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

- CO₂ लेजर कटिंग मशीन को सही एवं कुशलता से चलाना और सेट करना।




- मटेरियल और thickness के अनुसार cutting parameters सेट एवं optimize करना।
- Engineering drawing और dimensions को समझना।
- कटिंग में उच्च सटीकता और consistency बनाए रखना।
- Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges आदि से dimension check करना।
- Cutting एवं dimensional defects को पहचानना और सुधारना।
- Material wastage, rejection और rework को कम करना।
- Production target के साथ high efficiency बनाए रखना।
- मशीन की basic cleaning, maintenance और troubleshooting करना।
- Safety एवं quality standards का पालन करना।

आवश्यक योग्यता

- CO₂ Laser Cutting Machine चलाने का hands-on अनुभव।
- अच्छी accuracy और attention to detail।
- Engineering drawing समझने की क्षमता।
- Machine parameters को optimize करने की जानकारी।
- Troubleshooting और problem-solving skills।
- Quality से समझौता किए बिना तेज़ और efficient तरीके से काम करने की क्षमता।

अनुभव

CO₂ Laser Machine में 2–5+ वर्ष का संबंधित अनुभव वांछनीय है।
