Marketing Executive – Field Data Collection

Job Summary

Kaps Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Marketing Executive for field-based lead generation and live data collection. The candidate will visit events, vendor locations, societies, markets, and other high-footfall areas to generate genuine admission enquiries and collect accurate customer data.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through events, activations, local outreach, and direct interaction with parents.
- Collect and verify lead details such as name, contact number, locality, child's age/grade, and enquiry source.
- Conduct pamphlet/leaflet distribution and capture responses.
- Update all collected leads in the CRM/lead tracker on the same day.
- Maintain accurate source-wise lead records and avoid duplicate/incomplete entries.




- Coordinate with the Admission Head and Event Manager for daily field activities.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly lead-generation targets.
- Submit daily activity and lead reports.

Requirements

- Own 2-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence.
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; field sales/marketing experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone/app and data-entry skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work outdoors, including weekends/events.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Important: This is a field-based position. Candidates must have their own 2-wheeler.
