- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual property sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Generate and convert leads through various channels, including digital platforms, property portals, referrals, networking, and direct enquiries.
- Handle and monitor the complete sales process from lead generation to site visit, negotiation, booking, and closure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Organize and monitor property site visits and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
